How do I Search for a Product?

Search is the primary method for retrieving item results. Simply go to the top left-hand side of the screen and type in a word or words into the search field and select the "Go" button.

Additional Product Search Options
In addition to using the search field, you can also click on the “Product Search” tab at the top right-hand side of the homepage. From here you can browse products by topic.

There is also an advanced search function available by selecting the "Advanced Search" link on the “Products Search“ page. The advanced search provides several options for refining and filtering your search criteria.

How do I Download Items?

PC Users: Right-click on the text "DOWNLOAD" and select "Save Target As."

Mac Users: Click and press CTRL key on the text "DOWNLOAD" and select "Download Linked File As."

Note: Certain files are very large and may take awhile to download depending on your Internet access speed. It is helpful to view the file's actual size located below the "DOWNLOAD" text. If you do not have the access speed to download the files (dial-up) you can add the item to your kit and email the kit to your preferred vendor.

What's my Basket?

Your Basket is a method to store and collect Propane Marketing Resource and Catalog items.
To add an item to your basket click on the text "Add to Basket" near the item.

Once items are added to your Basket, you can purchase any purchasable items and then you will be prompted to download or email the “no charge” items. You will be able to download or email these items individually or as a Zip file.

Definition: Zip Files
Zip (.zip) files are files that are compressed to decrease the total file size. Files are compressed to reduce the amount of disk space needed for storage, to reduce download times, and so on. Note that after you obtain a .zip file, to view or use the contents of the .zip file, you must uncompress (unzip) it. Most computers include the software to unzip files, however if you do not have software to unzip installed the following options are available:

  • Stuffit
  • PKZip
  • UnZip
