Prepayment is required for all individual orders by American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa. Only state associations will be invoiced. Past due invoices are subject to late fees.
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
“Rush” or overnight orders must be received by 2:00 PM EST and will incur an additional $20.00 charge.
Orders indicating a “need by” date within 7 business days of the order will be upgraded to a shipping method that will meet the delivery requirement.
The following states are subject to sales tax: MD, DC, TN, MI, NC.
An email address is required for credit card authorizations and to receive an email confirmation of shipment with tracking numbers.
