The order number indicated on your packing slip serves as your Return Authorization (RA) number. Always enclose a copy of your packing slip and state the reason for the return.

Please repackage returns securely in a sturdy carton and ship UPS insured. Returned items that are damaged due to poor or improper packing may not be eligible for credit.
Returns made within 30 days will be promptly credited. After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed to your account.

Video tapes are not returnable.

No credit will be give for items returned after 90 days.

Returns for CETP books must be made within 30 days after conclusion of the class. In no case will out-of-print, opened or used materials be accepted for credit.
