PERC has developed a set of 45 Safety Talks to help companies create an environment to discuss specific or timely safety topics, identify potential problems, or highlight specific safety concerns. Safety Talks are designed to be much briefer than full-scale training sources. They are meant to supplement or refresh — not replace — formal training. Each Safety Talk can be presented in 10 to 15 minutes. Safety Talks will help companies keep employees engaged and actively thinking about safety. In addition to the Safety Talks, an attendance form and trainer tip sheet are available to help enhance and document the safety meeting.

The Safety Talks can also be downloaded as a complete set of 45, by subject area, these include: Personal Safety & Injury Prevention; Vehicle Inspection & Safety; Hazardous Chemicals & Materials; Filling & Delivery of Containers; Bulk Propane Delivery & Transfer; Propane Characteristics, Combustion, and Odorization; Customer Care & Service, and; Mobile Crane Safety or by individual topic.
