How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account " link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. Please note that if you have a Find a Propane Retailer (FPR) account, changes made to your account information in the MaRC will also be made to your FPR account.  Changes to your FPR account will NOT be immediate; changes will be reflected in your FPR account within 48 hours.  If you have questions or need assistance, call or email us at contact@propanemarc.com or 202.452.8975.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Please note that shipping includes a $5.00 handling fee.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  The order number indicated on your packing slip serves as your Return Authorization (RA) number. Always enclose a copy of your packing slip and state the reason for the return.

Please repackage returns securely in a sturdy carton and ship UPS insured.  Returned items that are damaged due to poor or improper packing may not be eligible for credit.

Returns made withing 30 days will be promptly credited.  After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed to your account.

NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 90 DAYS.

Returns for CETP books must be made within 30 days after conclusion of the class. In no case will out-of-print or used materials be accepted for credit.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. Phone (Toll-free) 1-866-905-1075.

When will my order ship?
  Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. If you have not received a shipment confirmation withing 24-48 hours of the time you placed your order, please contact customer service to check the status of your order. Call (toll-free) 1-866-905-1075.

"Rush" or overnight orders must be received by 2:00pm EST and will incur an additional $20.00 charge, and expedited shipped fees.

Orders indicating a "need by" date withing 7 business days of the order will be upgraded to a shipping method that will meet the delivery requirement.

An email address is required for credit card authorizations and to receive an email confirmation of shipment with tracking numbers.
